The Spider-Man Snack Board We Made While Counting Down to Brand New Day

Once a month, Matt and I pack up and head to a friendly little poker game with our friends. And every single month, we bring Little Caesars, because it is easy, it is cheap, and I have never once watched someone turn down pizza at a poker table. So there I was on my regular pizza run when I spotted it: Little Caesars is doing a full Spider-Man collab right now. Themed boxes. A special pizza called the Webbironi. My brain immediately went, well, poker night just became research.

Because here’s the thing. We are deep in the Marvel trenches over here. I have been living inside the Eat Like a Hero rollout for months, and with the new Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day, swinging into theaters in just a couple of weeks, the universe was practically begging me to make a Spider-Man snack board. And the universe made it easy, because the amount of Spider-Man themed food on shelves right now is genuinely out of control. I barely had to try. Everything on this board is linked throughout the post so you can grab it all before your own movie night.

The Webbironi Pizza

Let’s start with the headliner. The Webbironi is Little Caesars’ Spider-Man collab pizza, and honestly, it is a regular pizza with sliced pepperoni strips laid across the top. That’s it. That’s the bit. But when you step back and squint, those pepperoni strips genuinely look like webbing, and you know I will never say no to a good themed collab. I stuck a little Friendly Neighborhood Pizza sign in it, straight outta Queens, added a vintage comic book Spidey pick, and suddenly my counter looked like a pop-up pizzeria that Peter Parker would absolutely be late to.

Quick note since I know someone will ask: the paper picks and toppers all over this board are decorative only. Pull them before anyone digs in.

Annie’s Spidey Mac & Cheese

Annie’s has Spidey and His Amazing Friends mac and cheese cups right now with three different spider shapes in them, and they are exactly as cute as they sound. We’re talking little spiders, webs, and spider emblems in cheddar form. I served them right in the cups because this is a snack board, not a dinner party, and topped each one with a paper Spidey and web topper. Zero regrets. Grab them here.

Spidey Veggie Crisps and Fruit Snacks

Now these were the sleeper hit of the board. Fan Foods makes Spidey veggie crisps that look like tiny little spider webs, in strawberry, apple, and veggie puff form, and they are genuinely adorable. As someone who has been trying to limit carbs lately, I was fully prepared to eat two for the aesthetic and move on. Instead I kept going back. They’re light, they’re crispy, and they’re only 5 carbs per serving if you’re into that sort of thing. I scattered them across the whole board as filler and they pulled the entire thing together. I also tossed a few packs of Spider-Man fruit snacks into the corner, because a snack board needs at least one thing you can throw at your husband during the action scenes.

Pillsbury Spider-Man Sugar Cookies

Let me say one thing right now. If Pillsbury does a collab on their slice-and-bake sugar cookies, I am buying them every single time. No hesitation. The Spider-Man ones have his little masked face right in the middle, they baked up with the eyes perfectly intact, and I have such a soft spot for these cookies. They are the perfect ready-to-go treat, and yes, you can eat the dough raw. I said what I said. Grab them here.

Spidey Strawberries

These might be my favorite thing on the entire board, and they took five minutes. I took fresh strawberries and piped Spider-Man’s eyes on with a little black and white icing. That’s it. So simple, but SO cute. They ended up looking like a tiny team of masked heroes lined up on the edge of the tray, and I fully caught myself arranging them so they were all “looking” at the pizza.

The Red, White & Blue Candy Corner

Since we’re at the tail end of Fourth of July, the stores are still full of red, white, and blue everything, and I realized those are basically Spidey colors. So I grabbed a bag of red, white, and blue Nerds clusters and a bowl of red, white, and blue M&M’s, and they slid onto this board like they were made for it. Holiday clearance candy doing superhero cosplay. They were actually perfect. The Nerds clusters are here.

The Drinks: Poppi x Spider-Man and Those Popsicles

We always have to have a drink on the board. Poppi is collabing with Spider-Man right now on three different flavors, so I grabbed the wild berry, dropped in some striped paper straws, and topped each can with a little spider straw topper. Ten out of ten, would web again. The Poppi is linked here.

And then, the grand finale: Spider-Man popsicles. These took me straight back to chasing down the ice cream man as a kid. The only downside is they don’t have the gumball eyes anymore, which feels like a small crime against millennials, but they are still ridiculously cute propped up in a jar of ice like they’re mid-swing. The Full Spread

We queued up Spider-Man: Homecoming, because if you’re going to count down to Brand New Day, you start where Tom Holland’s story really kicks off, and honestly, homemade-suit Peter deserves the rewatch. There is something about that scrappy hoodie suit era that matches a snack board built out of grocery store collabs. Neither one is fancy. Both are perfect.

I really love how this whole board came out. We are in the trenches of Marvel content right now, and this was the perfect little side quest before we dive back in.
