Stranger Things Demogorgon Strawberry Topper

If you have ever looked at a strawberry and thought, “What if this turned into a tiny monster from the Upside Down,” then welcome. You are absolutely my people.
This Stranger Things Demogorgon Strawberry Topper is one of the easiest and most showstopping desserts you can make for a movie night, a themed party, or honestly just because you want something fun on top of your ice cream. The whole thing looks dramatic, but it takes maybe ten minutes and a little chocolate. That is it. The kind of kitchen magic that makes you feel unstoppable.
I made this for my Stranger Things snack board, and it immediately became the star of the entire tray. People see it and instantly ask, “How did you make that?” Then they eat it and go silent for a moment because the dark chocolate and fresh strawberries hit like a reward for surviving the Upside Down.
This topper sits on a base of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and a mountain of whipped cream. The second you press it into the top, the whole thing turns into a Scoops Ahoy level dessert moment.
If you are planning a Stranger Things dinner or board night, this is the fruity little monster you want.

How to Make a Demogorgon Strawberry Topper
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 large topper or 2 smaller ones
- Slice your strawberries in half. You will use five halves for the “petals.”
- Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave in 20 to 30 second bursts until smooth.
- Dip the cut side of each strawberry half in melted chocolate.
- Arrange the dipped strawberries in a flower shape on parchment paper.
- Spoon or drizzle extra melted chocolate into the center to connect everything.
- Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
- Melt your white chocolate and pipe tiny “teeth” along the inner and outer edges. Pipe directly onto the frozen chocolate so the teeth set quickly.
- To serve, build your sundae with vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and your Demogorgon strawberry topper right on top. Add a Scoops Ahoy printable if you want an extra fun touch.

Tips
• Work fast once the strawberries are dipped so the chocolate does not harden before you assemble the flower.
• Keep the topper in the freezer until the moment you serve.
• Use a tiny piping bag or cut a very small corner off a zip-top bag for sharp teeth.
